“The health department yesterday recalled all condoms supplied by Zalatex, after concerns about the quality of its products. Zalatex supplies condoms produced by Latex Surgical Products (LSP), and was alleged to have bribed an official at the South African Bureau of Standards to approve condoms that had failed to meet quality criteria.
